EXCORA is investigating whether useful operational information in physical-cash coordination reaches the organizations that need it in time to act. We are equally interested in hearing that it does, that existing processes work, or that late information is not a meaningful problem.

• It takes about 12-20 minutes depending on your role and answers; an estimate of the time remaining is shown as you go.
• Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You can skip any optional question. Where we ask about numbers, ranges are enough.
• Share only information you are authorized and comfortable to share.
• Aggregated, anonymized findings may be used in research. Nothing is attributed to you or your organization without your explicit permission.

We collect the minimum needed for research. Contact details, if you provide them, are stored separately from your answers. Access is restricted to authorized research administrators.
